Benoît Deneufbourg is was renowned Belgian designer known for his thoughtful, integrated approach to furniture and lighting, where functionality meets material exploration, always guided by the principles of ‘good design.’

For his 2018 retrospective at the Centre d’Innovation Grand-Hornu (CID), I developed an exhibition identity that reflected his creative process. The graphic language featured two unfinished letters, symbolizing design as an ongoing journey.

The catalogue followed the same logic, with a grid layout that played between structure and spontaneity—an intentional balance that echoed Deneufbourg’s own design philosophy.
